METHOD FOR GRINDING RESIN COMPOSITION AND PREPARATION OF TONER

PURPOSE:To prevent fusion and powder clogging by classifying raw material coarse particles into the first coarse powder and the first classified powder by the first classifying means and introducing the first coarse powder into the first grinding means to perform grinding before introducing the same into the first classifying means. CONSTITUTION:A ground raw material is charged from raw material charging ports 4, 5 to be introduced into the first classifier 7 through a pipe 6. The first coarse powder classified herein is passed through a short pipe 19 to be introduced into the first grinder 18 and again passed through the pipe 6 to be introduced into the first classifier 7. The ground raw material is met with the ground powder due to the first grinder at a confluent part A to be mixed therewith and the resulting mixture is introduced into the first classifier 7. The fine powder classified by the first classifier is collected by a collecting cyclone 10 through a pipe 9 to be taken out of the cyclone by an injection feeder 11 and introduced into the second classifier 13 through a pipe 12 to be classified. By this method, homogenous toner of good quality is obtained.
