发明名称 TRANSFER MATERIAL FOR FORMING DETECTION MARK
摘要 PURPOSE:To easily form a position detecting mark exerting no adverse effect on the surface coming into contact with a thermal head of a thermal transfer recording medium by forming a membrane layer composed of a heat resistant resin and a thermal adhesive colored layer containing a thermal adhesive resin and a colorant to the single surface of a film base material in this order. CONSTITUTION:A transfer material for forming a detection mark is obtained by forming a heat-resistant resin layer 2 and a thermal adhesive colored layer 3 to the single surface of a film base material 1 in this order. A cellulose derivative and an acrylic resin are suitable for the heat-resistant resin layer 2 and the proper thickness of the heat-resistant resin layer 2 is 0.1-0.8mu. Ink using a polyamide resin, a polyester resin or an ethylene/vinyl acetate resin as a binder and white pigment such as titanium oxide or a metal powder such as an aluminum fine powder as a colorant is suitable for the thermal adhesive colored layer 3. When this transfer material is used, a detection mark can be easily and efficiently formed to the rear of a thermal transfer recording medium and, since the mark is protected by the heat-resistant resin layer 2, it is prevented that the mark is melted by the heat of a thermal head to be bonded to the surface of the head.
