PURPOSE:To carry out the work easily and without pollution by storing a base material and resin liquid in a closed container, feeding out one end side of the base out of a feeding outlet and adhering the base to the outer face of a flow path forming body while being fed out of the container. CONSTITUTION:A roll 4 of a tape-shaped base 3 is set on a base retaining body 6, and one end side of the base 3 is wound on a guide roller 12 and inserted a little into a feeding outlet 9 and a propel amount of resin liquid is fed into a container body 1. The base 3 fed out of the feeding outlet 9 is fixed in a flow path forming body P and a container C is rotated around the flow path forming body P, and the base 3 is wound helically on the flow path forming body P in the desired range while being drawn out of the container C, and the outer face of flow path forming body P is covered with the base 3 impregnated or coated with the resin liquid to cure the resin liquid. When the base 3 is drawn out of the container C, proper friction resistance is applied to a damping tool 8, and the base 3 is wound around the same with proper strength so that the resin liquid is flowed down from the base 3. |
