PURPOSE:To improve adhesiveness, printing resistance and flawing resistance by incorporating at least one kind of high-polymer compds. contg. specific compds. and having urethane bonds and/or urea bonds into a primer layer. CONSTITUTION:At least one kind of high-polymer compds. having the urthane bonds and/or urea bonds contg. at least one kind of the compds. expressed by formula I or formula II as components is incorporated into the primer layer. In the formulas I, II, X<1>, X<2> denote -OH or -NR<2>H; R<2> denotes a hydrogen, 1 to 6C alkyl group, etc.; Y<1> to Y<5> denote a bivalent aliphat. or arom. hydrocarbon combination group; for example, alkyl group, aralkyl group, etc.; R<1> denotes a hydrogen atom or 1 to 6C alkyl group; Z denotes an org. group which forms a hydroxyl group by hydrolysis; n denotes 1 to 3; P to r denote 0 or 1.
