PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet that is free from outgas retention and capable of suppressing display irregularity of an image display device when used for adhesion to a transparent front panel, and to provide an optical film with adhesive having the same.SOLUTION: An optical film (53) with adhesive has a front-side adhesive sheet (20) disposed on one surface of an optical film (10). The front-side adhesive sheet (20) comprises a first adhesive layer (21) and a second adhesive layer (22). The first adhesive layer (21) has a storage elastic modulus of 9×10Pa or less at 150°C, and a ratio G'/G'of a storage elastic modulus G'at 20°C to a storage elastic modulus G'at 150°C of 20 or greater. The second adhesive layer (22) has a storage elastic modulus of 4×10Pa or less at 20°C, and a storage elastic modulus of no less than 1×10Pa at 150°C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
