PURPOSE:To manufacture a flat disk base without inclination between a record ing face and a clamping section by providing air blow openings on cavities on the outer periphery sides of through-holes of a fixed mold and a movable mold and disposing an ejector pin to eject from the cavity surface in the air opening provided on the movable mold. CONSTITUTION:Air blow openings 61 and 62 are bored on the outer periphery sides of through-holes 11 and 21 of a fixed mold 1 and a movable mold 2 and clean air is blown in from pipings 81 and 82. An ejector pin 7 is provided in the air blow opening 62 of the movable mold 2, and the ejector pin 7 is ejected out of the cavity face by the given amount by means of a movable plate 9 to eject a disk. Air blowing is applied from the piping 81 in the fixed mold 1 side through the air blow opening 61 after molding a disk base, and the disk is caught securely by the movable mold 2 at the time of mold opening, and then air blowing is applied from the piping 82 on the movable mold 2 side through the air blow opening 62, and the disk is released from the movable mold 2 by actuating the ejector pin 7.
