<p>This device comprises a first support (28) provided for traversing a wall (62), to which support a first fibre (24) is fixed, a second support (30) which can move in rotation in relation to the first, about an axis coincident with that of the first fibre, and a third support (32) which can move in rotation in relation to the second, about an axis parallel to the axis of rotation of the second support and located at a specified distance from this axis of rotation, and to which a second fibre (26) is fixed, the axis of the latter being parallel to the axis of rotation of the third support and located at a specified distance from the latter axis. By rotating the second and third supports, it is possible to cause the axes of the fibres to coincide.
