PURPOSE:To enable an empty stick to be surely replaced with a real stick by a method wherein the real stick positioned above the empty stick is energized downward when the empty stick where a work (electronic component) is unloaded is ejected. CONSTITUTION:When an empty stick ejection mechanism 42 is actuated to eject an empty stick S' located at the lowest step downward, an energizing mechanism 94 is actuated to enable the compressed air to blow against the uppermost stick from an air nozzle 95 so as to drop real sticks located at the second lowest step and above by a step respectively. In result, the uppermost stick is energized downward as pushed by the compressed air and made to descend forcibly. As mentioned above, the real sticks located at the second lowest step and above are forcibly pushed down by the energizing mechanism 94 to drop smoothly without being stuck halfway, so that an empty stick can be surely and smoothly replaced with a real stick. |
