PURPOSE:To prevent damage on concrete from occurring by a method wherein a bridge is built, employing stay cables, and concrete work on connecting points on the bridge-ends or on the connecting point in the middle of the bridge is executed with the stay cable kept at a temperature with a fluid sent into a bushing of the stay cable. CONSTITUTION:A girder 2 is extended to the left and right from a main support tower 1, and is supported with stay cables 3. When concrete is placed on connecting points on the bridge-ends or on the connecting point in the middle of the bridge, air at a temperature controlled with a temperature controller 31 is sent through an air inlet 34 with a blower 32 and a hose 33 to the inside of a bushing 4 of the stay cable 3. The air passing through the external tube 4 keeps the stay cable 3 at the temperature and is discharged through a discharge port 35. |
