<p>PURPOSE:To perform safe and stable weight lifting work with a small sized tower crane having small reach by making material in one body with a lifting carriage, and lifting the heavy material along the guide rail of a building. CONSTITUTION:A fixing jig 16 is closed to make material S in one body with a lifting carriage 10, and a material suspending wire 6 suspended from the boom 31 of a tower crane 30 is hangingly locked to the material S. A carriage suspending wire 7 of a carriage lifting machine 40 is hangingly locked to the carriage 10. The wire winding machine 32 of the crane 30 and the lifting machine 40 are simultaneously driven. Then, the carriage 10 loaded with the material S is guided with a guide rail 21, and lifted along the outer wall 20 of a building. Nextly, at arrival of the carriage 10 on the uppermost part of the building, the jig 16 is opened to separate the material S from the carriage 10, and the material S is provided on a prescribed place with the crane 30. After unloading the material S, the wire 7 of the lifting machine 40 is released, the carriage 10 is brought down along the outer wall 20 up to the ground, and lifting condition can be set again.</p> |
