<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a magnetic tape from coming into contact with a rotating drum to eliminate the damage of a magnetic tape by providing a window part with a shielding plate which has the center of turning on the upper side in the rotation direction of the rotating drum and shields the window part. CONSTITUTION:A window part shielding plate 15 shielding a window part 13 is attached to the window part 13 freely rotatably around a shaft 17 which is stood in the vicinity of an edge 16 of the upper side of the window part in parallel with the edge 16, and a slit 18 through which a magnetic head 14 is projected to the outside is formed in the center of this shielding plate 15, and a weight 19 is attached to the end part on the side opposite to the pivotal supporting side of the window part shielding plate 15. When a rotating drum 11 is rotated, the shielding plate 15 lifts the magnetic tape, which is apt to enter into the window 13, by the centrifugal force acting upon the shielding plate 15. Thus, the magnetic tape is prevented from coming into strong contact with the window part edge to avoid the damage of the magnetic tape.</p> |
