The circuit for adjusting the voltage of a horizontal deflection circuit by using a pulse width modulation to move a raster on a display section is composed of a horizontal position adjusting section connected to the horizontal deflection circuit having a transistor (TR1), a diode (D1), capacitors (C1,C2,C3), a fly back transformer (FBT) and deflection coils (L1,L2). The horizontal position adjusting section comprises a pulse width modulator (PWM) connected between a horizontal position adjusting volume (VR) and an switching transformer (T2). A resistor (R1), diodes (D2,D3) and a coil (L4) rectifies a 6V P-P square wave from the transformer (T2) to output a regular 6V DC voltage to the flyback transformer (FBT) through a coil (L3) and a resistor (R3).
