PURPOSE:To shorten a vulcanizing time and to enhance productivity by preliminarily vulcanizing and molding either one of the inside and outside parts of a tire in the radial direction thereof and fitting the tire in a mold to introduce a rubber material into the mold under pressure. CONSTITUTION:A raw tire having a reinforced rubber sheet and a rubber sheet wound therearound is preliminarily vulcanized to prepare an unfinished tire 32. Next, the unfinished tire 32 is arranged in a lower mold 24 in coaxial relation to the lower mold 24. The rising and falling part 20B of a vulcanizing machine 20 is allowed to fall to bring an upper mold 32 and lower mold 30 to a contact state. By this method, the unfinished tire 32 is coaxially fixed to the mold 30 by the upper and lower molds 32, 30. At the same time, the leading end part 38A of the rubber blowoff nozzle 38 of a rubber material extruder 22 is connected to a rubber material injection passage 34. Therefore, the rubber material inserted in the rubber material extruder 22 from the rubber material injection port 36 thereof is heated to be introduced into the mold 30 under pressure through the rubber blowoff nozzle 38 and the rubber material injection passage 34. |
