PURPOSE:To accomplish the title drying in high efficiency by irradiating bean- curd refuse with far infrared rays along with blowing warm air stream against the refuse. CONSTITUTION:A charging inlet 11 is opened and bean-curd refuse (containing ca. 70wt.% of water) A is put into a drying chamber 1 at a specified amount and agitated using an agitating part 2 followed by actuating a far infrared generator 31 and a warm air stream generator 34, thus drying the bean-curd refuse A (to a water content of ca. 13wt.%) in high efficiency. |
