PURPOSE:To make the restoring process of degradaded pictures to noise by deciding a point spread function when minimizing the noise influence of data to be inputted and using the point spread function. CONSTITUTION:A signal calculation part 5 to be decided the weight value of a weight multiplier by a picture data input part 1, a parameter setting part 2 and a weight value decision part 3, outputs the value proportional to the element of the point spread when minimizing the noise influence of the data to be inputted function by receiving the feedback input of its own and the input from a bias part 4. By an output decision part 6, the element value of the point spread function when minimizing the noise influence of the data to be inputted is decided by multiplying a proportional constant to the output of the signal computing part 5. Thus, the restoring process of the degradaded picture immune to the noise can be conducted. |
