The machine cleans floor tiles after laying, having a frame with travel rollers and an endless belt. The latter runs round a top driving roller, and two bottom guiding ones close enough to the floor for the intervening run of belt to bear against it. The frame (1) slopes upwards in the cleaning direction, being supported at one end by the run (39) of the belt (23) in contact with the tiles, and at the other by the travel rollers (14,15). The driving roller (19) is at the top end of the frame, and the guiding ones (21,22) at the bottom end. USE/ADVANTAGE - Simplicity and light weight.
