<p>PURPOSE:To enhance treatment capacity without generating problems such as the scale-up of the title apparatus, an increase in power consumption and an increase in the apparatus cost by setting the rotary direction of a predetermined stage rotary body and that of a post-stage rotary body mutually reversely. CONSTITUTION:A predetermined stage rotary body 1 and a post-stage rotary body 2 composed of an adsorbing material being a main constitutional material and permeable to gas in the direction of the rotary axis P thereof are provided. Adsorbing regions A1, A2 permitting gas G to be treated to pass and desorbing regions B1, B2 permitting regeneration gas H to pass are provided to the respective rotary regions of the rotary bodies 1, 2. The adsorbing regions A1, A2 are arranged in a series of the ducts GF of the gas to be treated in this order from the upstream part and the desorbing regions B1, B2 are respectively arranged in regenerating gas ducts HF1, HF2. The rotary direction r1 of the pre- stage rotary body 1 and the rotary direction r2 of the post-stage rotary body 2 are set so as to become mutually reverse. As a result, derivative problems such as the scale-up of the apparatus, an increase in power consumption and an increase in the apparatus cost are not generated and treatment capacity can be enhanced.</p> |
