The method is applied in the flotation of sulphidic ores. It allows to obtain acoustic impact by simplified in structure devices, reduces the technological time of processing during an uninterrupted process, which is a precondition for its application in industrial conditions. The method consists of the following. A water solution of xantogenate with a concentration of between 0.05 to 10 %. passes through an acoustic field vibrating at a frequency of between 2 to 40 000 Hz with an intensity of between 1 to 10 W/cm<2> before its passing into the flotational chambers.
