PURPOSE:To attain accurate information communication between general-purpose terminal equipment, without a retransmission function by providing a cell control circuit in both a caller terminal station and a reception terminal equipment, adding a check cell to an information cell outputted from the caller terminal station and making the called party collate and confirm the content of the information cell through the use of a check cell. CONSTITUTION:A terminal station equipment 3 receiving an information cell 10 connects immediately to a cell control circuit 7 and adds a check cell 11 to the inputted information cell 10 and sends the result to a terminal station equipment 4 via the terminal station equipment 3, an interface circuit 5, a transmission line 9 and an interface circuit 6. An information cell with a check cell received by the terminal station equipment 4 is outputted to a cell control circuit 8 and the content of the cell is collated with the check cell added to the received cell and after the normality is confirmed, when the content of the cell is normal only the information cell 10 is sent to a terminal equipment 2 via the terminal station equipment 4. When an error exists in the content of the cell as the result of collation, the error is corrected by itself or retransmission is requested to the caller cell control circuit 7 and the correct cell is sent to the terminal equipment 2.
