<p>Pouring machine (1) for chocolate mass comprising a vessel (2) to accommodate chocolate mass (3) and a cylindrical dosing house (5) arranged horizontally at the bottom (4) of the vessel (2). The dosing house (5) comprises an inner centered longitudinal shaft (6) with a fixed rotary piston (7). The dosing house (5) comprises a first and a second longitudinal row (8 and 9) of passages, between which the rotary piston (7) may be rotated forwards and backwards to draw the chocolate mass (3) into the dosing house (5) and to discharge chocolate mass (3) from the dosing house, respectively. The dosing house (5) is rotatably mounted at the bottom (4) of the vessel (2) in such a manner that both the first and the second row (8 and 9) of the passages may be moved from an arbitrary position in the chocolate mass, where said chocolate mass is drawn into the dosing house (5), and to a position below the bottom (4) of the vessel, where the chocolate mass is discharged from the house (5). A pouring machine for chocolate mass is thereby provided which is of a particularly simple construction, which is particularly fast and easy to clean when changing the production from one type of chocolate to the other and which is able to obtain a high productivity.</p> |
