<p>PURPOSE:To detect the reflection signal from an object with high sensitivity by providing a counter counting a clock signal to output a count and a memory device reading memory data as a dummy random signal generator. CONSTITUTION:A counter 1 inputs a clock signal to count an input clock and performs counting from 0 to an upper limit count and, when the count reaches the upper limit value (n), the count is reset to 0 and counting is again carried out. The counter 9 repeatedly performs the counting from 0 to 127 in synchronous relation to the clock signal inputted as the upper limit value 127. A memory apparatus 2 has a memory storing data constituted by an ROM and an RAM and reads the code data of the dummy random signal stored in the memory to output the same to a signal converter 3. By this method, an unnecessary reflection signal is timewise masked and the reflected signal from an object can be detected with high sensitivity.</p> |
