<p>PURPOSE:To correct data by providing the semiconductor memory with content- addressable memory, an output data selector and a control circuit. CONSTITUTION:In when data stored in a memory cell array 101, is corrected, an upper address input 107 and a lower address input 108 set up an address to be corrected and a data I/O 111 sets up correction data, and when a chip select signal 109 and a write enable signal 116 are activated, the address and the data are stored in a content-addressable memory address part 114 and a content-addressable memory data part 113. When the data of the corrected address is read out, the address is applied to the inputs 107, 108 and the signal 109 and an output enable signal 110 are activated. The address is applied to an X decoder 104, a Y decoder 105 and the address part 114. The stored address is compared with the read address, and at the time of matching both addresses, a selector 117 is switched to a data part 11 and the data of the matched address are outputted.</p> |
