<p>PURPOSE: To improve reliability in a temporary screen stop function by providing a means for controlling an output and feeding-back it to a signal input side again in a solid-state imaging device. CONSTITUTION: Electric charges generated by an optical detecting part 30, which are arrayed to have matrix structure, are inputted to a vertical direction electric charge transmitting part 40 and a first horizontal direction electric charge transmitting part 60 by an external control signal by way of an electric charge transmitting part 50. The charge outputted from the transmitting part 60 is converted into a voltage and controlled by an output control means so that an operation is executed so as to transmit it to the vertical direction electric charge transmitting part 40 again through a feedback line 93 and the second horizontal direction electric charge transmitting part 80. Thus, the means for controlling the output and feeding-back it to the signal input side again is provided in the solid-state imaging device so that an optional screen on a screen is temporarily stopped. A temporary stop screen obtained outside the solid-state imaging device in a conventional manner is realized in a sensor internal part by simple configuration so that an advantage point that the configuration of an image processor where the solid-state imaging device is fitted is made to simple is obtained.</p> |
