<p>PURPOSE:To repair the fault part of a fluoroplastic coating layer without heating the same by preparing a repairing agent containing a repairing resin, a coupling agent having the group bonding to the resin and the curing agent of the repairing resin and applying the repairing agent to a part to be repaired and subsequently applying an alcohol solution of a silane coupling agent having a perfluoroalkyl group to the coated surface. CONSTITUTION:A repairing agent containing a repairing resin, a coupling agent having the group bonding to the resin and the curing agent of the repairing resin is prepared to be applied to a part to be repaired. The coupling agent is bonded to the repairing resin and also excellent in an affinity for inorg. matter such as a metal and can strongly bond the repairing resin to a matrix material such as a metal. Next, an alcohol solution of a silane coupling agent having a perfluoroalkyl group is applied to the surface coated with the repairing agent. The silane coupling agent can be polymerized by drying without requiring high temp. heating to form a film. Further, the alcohol solution facilitates the coating of the silane coupling agent and uniformizes a coating amount and is pref. from the aspect of safety and sanitation and can enhance workability.</p> |
