PURPOSE:To obtain a glair decomposition product or an active fraction thereof having excellent inhibitory action on an enzyme capable of converting angiotensin and hypotensive action by hydrolyzing glair with a protease derived from animal. CONSTITUTION:Glair is hydrolyzed with a protease (preferably pepsin, rennin, trypsin, chymotrypsin, pancreatin, elastase, carboxypeptidase, aminopeptidase or dipeptidase) derived from animal to give the objective decomposition product. |
