PURPOSE:To improve long period stability by forming an artificial blood vessel by dispersing a substance, which stimulates and induces neutrophils, to a pipe wall, formed of a porous high molecular compound, and to the surface or the interior of the pipe wall of porous high molecular compound. CONSTITUTION:At artificial blood vessel is formed by dispersing a substance, which stimulates and induces neutrophil to the surface or the interior of a pipe wall formed of a porous high molecular compound of polytetrafluoroethylene, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, polysiloxane, polyurethane, etc. The outside diameter is normally about 2 to 23mm, and an inside diameter is about 1 to 22mm. Serotonin, hemocyanin, glycogen, histamine, zymosan, etc., are provided as a concrete example of the neutrophil- inducing substance. Further, the carrying amount of neutrophil-inducing substance is normally about 100 to 1000mug/cm<2>. |
