PURPOSE:To perform lining of a pipeline applicable to even a water supply pipe by blending a specified hardening agent with a main agent wherein a reactive diluent is combined with the specified epoxy resin and utilizing the obtained hardenable liquid resin. CONSTITUTION:Hardenable liquid resin is hardened and lining of a pipeline is performed. This hardenable resin consists of a main agent and a hardening agent. The main agent is the mixture of epoxy resin (1) and at least one kind of reactive diluent (2) described hereunder respectively. (1)/(2) is regulated to by wt.% 85/15 - 99/1. Epoxy resin is obtained by reacting epichlorohydrin with bisphenol A or bisphenol F. The reactive diluent is obtained by reacting epichlorohydrin with neopentyl glycol, 8 - 18 C alkyl alcohol or polyalkylene glycol. The hardening agent is the mixture of aminoamide resin (3) described hereunder and apliphatic amine (4) having ether bond. (3)/(4) is regulated to by wt.% 45/55 - 99/1. Aminoamide resin is obtained by reacting polyethylene polyamide with dimer acid obtained from resin acid modified by acrylonitrile and/or fatty acid. |
