<p>PURPOSE:To repair the part to be repaired of a fluoroplastic coating layer without heating the same by constituting a repairing agent of a repairing resin, a silane coupling agent having a perfluoroalkyl group, a coupling agent having the group bonding to the repairing resin and a curing agent. CONSTITUTION:The repairing agent of a fluoroplastic coating layer consists of a repairing resin R, a silane coupling agent PC having a perfluoroalkyl group, a coupling agent RC having the group bonding to the repairing resin and the curing agent of the repairing resin and is applied to the part to be repaired of the fluoroplastic coating layer in a mixed state. The coupling agent RC has an alkoxy group bonded to the repairing resin and capable of being easily bonded to inorg. matter such as a metal and can strongly bond the repairing resin to a matrix material such as a metal. The silane coupling agent PC imparts non-adhesiveness to the resin synthesized in the part to be repaired by the surface energy lowering and non-adhesiveness enhancing actions of its perfluoroalkyl group. Further, the silane coupling agent and the coupling agent are dried at room temp. or by low temp. heating to be stabilized and require no high temp. heating.</p> |
