PURPOSE:To prevent generation of flashes which is caused by leaking of a rubber material cast into a molding space through a gap between metal fittings and a molding tool, by a method wherein an outer circumferential surface of an end part of metal fittings and a fitting part of the molding tool corresponding to the same are stuck closely to each other and a rubber molding space is interrupted from the outside. CONSTITUTION:When a rotary table 10 is suspended at a fixed angular position, a cylinder of a pressing-in device is worked and a pushing pipe 58 is extruded. The extruded pushing pipe 58 inserts an inner cylinder metal fittings 15, which is held by a holding member in the middle of extrusion, into a molding tool 18 through an open insertion port 32. When the inserted metal fittings 15 arrives at a fixed position, the tip abuts against an abutting part 34 of the molding tool 18 and the molding tool 18 is pushed and moved. Then the molding tool 18 is moved in a contracting direction of the diameter by guide actions of a dovetail projected line 38 and dovetail groove 40 and a mold is closed at the final position. A fitting part 36 of the molding tool 18 is fitted close over an outer circumferential surface of an end part and a rubber molding space is interrupted completely from the outside. Then a guide pin 50 and the pushing pipe 58 are moved backward respectively, the table 10 is turned, the molding tool 18 arrives at an injecting station and a rubber material is injected into the molding tool 18. |
