PURPOSE:To make it possible to position each control component with ease and reduce their sizes as well by installing a cavity for receiving electrical components on a base. CONSTITUTION:An aluminum diecast base 20 is provided with a cavity 20a suitably designed to match the height and shape of control components at a specified position on one side and radiation fins 20 on the other side. A cavity for a power module 27 formed on the base 20, a cavity for a resistor 22, and a cavity for an element resistor 23 are prefilled with a specified amount of highly conductive resin 29 respectively while a cavity to fill an electrolytic capacitor 26 is prefilled with insulation resin 30. After the resin is prefilled, the power module 27 and the electrolytic capacitor 26 are laid out on the base cavities. A board 21 where the resistor 22, the element resistor 23 and the like are mounted, is fixedly installed to a support member 34 of the base 20 with a screw. The resin is hardened on ambient temperature shelf or by heat curing so that an electric device may be assembled. |
