PURPOSE:To manufacture a base superior in the bending modulus of elasticity or strength, shock resistance and electrical characteristics, by a method wherein specific epoxy resin and a chemical compound becoming an injection molding material are modified by thermoplastic elastomer. CONSTITUTION:Injection molding is performed by making use of epoxy resin A having at least two epoxy groups in a molecule, a chemical compound B having the least two phenolic hydroxyl groups in a molecule and a resin molding material consisting essentially of polyester thermoplastic elastomer C. General epoxy resin such as phenolic novolak type or alicyclic epoxy resin of an olefin bond is used as the epoxy resin A having at least two epoxy resin in the molecule. Multivalent phenol such as novolak type phenolic resin or bisphenol A is used singly or at least two kinds of them together and the B is compounded with the A so that a ratio of the phenolic hydroxyl group becomes within a range of 0.5-1.5 as the chemical compound having at least the two phenolic hydroxyl groups in the molecule. Then a polybutylene terephthalate-polyactone copolymer is mentioned as the polyester thermoplastic elastomer C and a ratio of the ingredient C to the sum total of the ingredient A and the ingredient B is made into 0.02-0.35. |
