PURPOSE:To shorten the manufacturing line, and improve the productivity by separately extrusion-molding the welt part and seal part, and forwarding a hot melt film heated at a predetermined temperature to be situated between both surfaces to be adhered, and then press-bonding the welt part and seal part. CONSTITUTION:A preliminarily extrusion-molded resin welt part 1 is housed in a welt part accommodating chamber 2, and a extrusion-molded sponge rubber seal part 3 is in a seal accommodating chamber 4. And, a bobbin 5 in wound with a hot melt film 6 therearound that perform a preferable adhering property at approximate 120 deg.C. These welt part 1, seal part 3, and hot melt film 6 is delivered at the same speed by means of respective forwarding devices 7. The delivered welt part 1, seal part 3, and hot melt film 6 are controlled by means of respective guides 8, 9, 10 into predetermined posture, and then they are sent in press bonding rolls 11 as a pressing body. Besides, the hot melt film 6 is heated at about 120 deg.C by means of a bank of heaters 12 prior to winding therein, and guided by means of a front pressing guide 13 so as to be positioned between the surfaces to be adhered thereafter. |
