<p>PURPOSE:To heighten the operating time of machine tools by constructing a process schedule preparing means in such a way as to prepare a process schedule with the machining of NC machine tools having priority over the processing by auxiliary machinery, on the basis of the input result of an input means while referring to a storage means. CONSTITUTION:A process schedule preparing means prepares a process schedule on the basis of the input result of an input means, referring to a storage means, and machined parts are to be observed laterally on the machining order data of the input result, in the order of the first machined part of a first NC machine tool, the first machined part of a second NC machine tool, the first machined part of a third NC machine tool, and so on. On each machined part observed in turn, the stored information of the storage means is retrieved to examine whether or not this observed machined part is a multiple process part, and if so, its process order is examined. Time allocation is then made according to the obtained information.</p> |
