<p>The guiding/blocking roller device for lifting machines - as stated in the patent no 87125 - is designed to ensure a perfect contact between the guide track of the tilting picking mechanism and the power line of a travelling crane. The device has three subassemblies: (a) a support for the guiding rollers and for the cleaning of the contact line which has a holding plate fastened by bolts to the guide track of the tilting picking mechanism to hold a subassembly at a time, (b) a support with a compression/guiding spring mounted on both sides of the picking mechanism, consisting of a mobile support which slides on a bolt, driven by a compression spring stressed by the shocks at the contact between fixed joints and expansion joints on the contact line and guiding rollers that are fixed on the mobile support, while two cleaning components are mounted on the two sides of the guide track of the tilting picking mechanism; this subassembly also comprises a lever system for the actual tilting picking mechanism and connection plate for the subassembly (c): the blocking support that links up the tilting picking mechanism and the support of the picking mechanism, which is, in fact, the metal structure of the travelling crane, a structure equipped with a bolt and a joint support.</p> |
