<p>PURPOSE:To prepare a composite material using a polyethylene terephthalate film by dispersing a biaxially stretched polyethylene terephthalate resin film, sheet (Pet film) or, if necessary, coarsely ground pieces of waste thereof, a fiber and/or an adhesive material or a curing material and adding a reinforcing material thereto if necessary. CONSTITUTION:A pet film 1 having a shape of every kind is charged in a grinder 2 to ground into coarsely ground pieces 3 which are, in turn, charged in the jacket 8 of a Henschel mixer 7 being a mixer along with a resin emulsion 4 of every kind, water 5 and various composite raw materials 6 and all of them are kneaded under stirring by the blade 10 rotated by a motor g to be discharged from an outlet 11. The obtained mixture 12 is received in a recessed mold consisting of an outer frame 13 and a bottom net 14 and dehydrated and compressed by a press machine 15 to form an intermediate composite material 16. The intermediate composite material 16 is received in an opened mold 18 having a heating means 17 provided to the bottom thereof and further heated and compressed by a press machine 21 having a heating means 19 in an upper mold 20 to form a final composite material 22.</p> |
