PURPOSE:To provide an oxide superconductor paste giving a thick film material having an extremely small resistance by using oxide superconductor grains coated with a conductor film to prepare the paste. CONSTITUTION:The oxide superconductor grains (e.g. Y-Ba-Cu-O-based superconductor grains) having preferably 1-100mum average diameter are coated with a conductor film (e.g. silver film). The solid-phase reaction method, spray thermal deposition method, etc., are used as the coating method, and the thickness of the conductor film is appropriately controlled to 10-1000nm. The oxide superconductor grains coated with the conductor film are used to prepare an oxide superconductor paste. The obtained paste is used to produce the thick-film material having a low resistance at the low temp. of <= about 400 deg.C. When the material is applied in various wirings, the wiring is formed without adversely affecting the substrate material, etc. |
