THE METHOD OF PREPARATION OF COATED FABRIC HAVING SUPERIOR ANTIBIOSIS,DEODORIZING PROPERTY AND HYGROSCOPICITY

A coated wooven fabric is produced by coating a coating soln. on the wooven fabric. The coating soln. is composed of 100 wt. pts. of polyurethane resin, 5-50 wt. pts. of antibacterial zeolite, 5- 15 wt. pts. of nonionic surfactant and 5-25 wt. pts. of polyisocyanate. The viscosity of the coating soln. is regulated with dimethylformamide. The surfactant is pref. block-copolymer of polypropylene glycol and polyethylene glycol. The coated wooven fabric has an excellent antibacterial property and deodorancy.
