PURPOSE:To efficiently deodorize ozone by uniformly dispersing ozone generated from an ozonizer by arranging a recessed diffusion plate between the ozonizer and an ozone decomposing and deodorizing catalyst so as to turn the recessed part thereof toward the windward. CONSTITUTION:A pair of electrodes are mounted on the ceramic plate of an ozonizer 1 and a large number of square holes are provided to an ozone decomposing and deodorizing catalyst 2 in a wind passing direction and the catalyst has function for adsorbing and decomposing ozone and accelerating the deodorizing of odoriferous gas. A fan 3 sends a formed wind in the direction shown by an arrow and a recessed diffusion plate 4 is provided. By arranging the ozonizer 1 and the recessed diffusion plate 4 in succession from the windward, ozone generated from the ozonizer 1 is involved in the turblent flow air formed by the recessed diffusion plate 4 to be uniformly dispersed therein, and further, flows out from the outer periphery of the diffusion plate 4 and, therefore, uniform ozone diffusion effect is obtained and, since ozone is uniformly spread on the catalyst, ozone can be efficiently deodorized. |
