PURPOSE:To sharply reduce the residue of bubbles inside the bent portion of a conductor pattern by forming the sectional configuration of the inside edge of the bent portion of the conductor pattern so as to be narrow in a thickness direction. CONSTITUTION:A substrate 11 is so constructed as to have a sandwich structure wherein first and second resin films 11a and 11b, respectively, sandwich conductor patterns 12 and 13 therebetween by thermocompression bonding. As the material of the resin film, for instance, polycarbonate is used. At this time, the sectional configurations inside the corners 12a and 13a of the conductor patterns 12 and 13, respectively, are formed, for instance, round and to have narrow sections in the direction of the thicknesses of the conductor patterns. |
