<p>PURPOSE:To simplify a structure and a control by providing a mixing chamber and a reduced pressure chamber between a catalyst body and a preheating burner, providing a throat hole opened with the pressure chamber in the burner, and providing a primary air port for feeding combustion air to the pressure chamber and a secondary air port for feeding the combustion air to the mixing chamber. CONSTITUTION:Kerosine vaporized by a carburetor 12 is injected from a nozzle 12a toward a throat 11a of a preheating burner 11. Simultaneously, a blower 15 is opened, and combustion air is fed into a box 2. Primary air at the time of preheating is fed from a regulation hole 10 to a reduced pressure chamber 9. In this case, primary air proportional to combustion gas injection amount, injection speed is supplied from the nozzle 12a. Mixture gas is injected from a flame port 11b, and ignited by an ignition heater 23. After predetermined flame combustion, it is mixed with secondary air to be supplied through a secondary air hole 13 and a mixing chamber 21, secondarily burned to heat a catalyst 1.
