The system comprises at least two glazed frame elements 1 which can be displaced relative to each other and/or can be mounted in fixed positions. The profiles 2 - 5, which comprise the frame elements 1 and enclose a pane of glass 6, consist of an upper profile and a lower profile 2, 3 and two side profiles 4, 5, which latter profiles consist of profile halves 9, 10 which are identical and continuous on opposite sides of a vertical plane of symmetry 45 and are provided with handles, both of which symmetrically designed profile halves are connected to each other via a web section 11 which, together with free end sections 12, 13 of the profile halves, forms a U- shaped, elongate first recess 17, while the second free end sections 15, 16 form a U-shaped, elongate second recess 17, and the handle 20 located on each profile half has a hook formation 21 which serves both as a grip for lateral displacement of respective frame elements 1 relative to each other and as a sealing hook bearing against the glass-sealing strip of the respective side profile when the frame elements 1 are in the completely closed or open position. <IMAGE> |
