PURPOSE:To reduce man-hour remarkably and to improve the quality of coat, while the coat is formed on both surfaces of a resin molded object by injecting coating compound into a mold at two separated times before curing and after curing of the resin material in the mold. CONSTITUTION:Molds 1, 2 are preheated at about 150 deg.C, and after a SMC sheet 5 has been set, the molds are clamped. The SMC sheet 5 is softened by heating and becomes flowing state in fitting the sheet to the shape of the mold. In this state, a first coating-injection is carried out. The injection of the coating is achieved by moving upward the rod 3b of an injector 3 and by opening an injection hole 2a. The coating 9 is fed at sufficiently larger pressure than the pressure of the mold, and penetrates the uncured SMC sheet adjacent to the injection hole 2a, and then disperses between SMC sheet 5 and the mold 1 of core side. Next, hot medium is fed into the path of hot medium. When the SMC sheet 5 adjacent to the injection hole 2a is cured until sufficient strength is objected, a second coating-injection is carried out. Since the SMC sheet has been cured, the coating 9 does not penetrate the SMC sheet 5 and permeates between the mold 2 of cavity side and the SMC sheet 5. |
