<p>PURPOSE:To improve an inertia supercharge efficiency by communicating a primary intake passage of one of cylinder lines with two surge tanks to relatively suck air from the two surge tanks via the primary intake passage in an ignition order. CONSTITUTION:In an intake device 10 of a multiple cylinder V type engine, an intake pie 12, an intake passage block 13 and a surge tank 14 are set at a V-shaped space between both cylinder lines 2, 3. At the intake passage block 13, there are provided primary intake passage 13a and a secondary intake passage 13b communicated with a primary and secondary ports 5, 6 of multiple cylinders. The inside of a surge tank 14 is divided into two air chambers corresponding to the cylinder lines 2, 3. The passages among primary intake passages 18 integrally arranged at the surge tank 14 which are communicated with cylinders 2b, 2c, 3b, 3c are respectively communicated with one of the chambers A, B positioned at one cylinder line side through the upper part of the surge tank 14.</p> |
