PURPOSE:To decrease the deformation of a compressed dot character, and also, to reduce the labor required for correcting the appearance by extracting the dot so as to become a line symmetry in the X direction and the Y direction, respectively of an original dot matrix at the time of extracting the dot. CONSTITUTION:A compressed dot matrix MC is constituted of dots extracted by thinning out them in the X direction and the Y direction, respectively from an original dot matrix MO. In such a state, the dots are extracted from the original dot matrix MO so as to become a line symmetry in the X direction and the Y direction, respectively of the original dot character is scarcely deformed and a dot character of a high quality is obtained, and also, labor required for correcting the appearance is reduced and the cost can be reduced. |
