PURPOSE:To make effective burr removal or chamfering at a pair of parallel edges of grooves on works to be processed, by installing a plurality of shafts coaxially and rotatably independent of each other, mounting circular brushes on the tips of the shafts adjacently to each other, and providing a driving means to simultaneously rotate the shafts in opposite directions to each other. CONSTITUTION:A second shaft 13 and a first shaft 12 rotate in the opposite directions to each other with the aid of a rotating direction changing part 7. Thereby No.1 and No.2 brush 4, 5 are rotated in the opposite directions to each other. At this time, those edge parts 42... of grooves 37... of works to be processed W in reciprocation in specified directions, which are situated on the rotating direction advance side of the No.1 brush 4, undergo burr removal or chamfering made by the No.1 brush 4 rotating in the direction of arrow 38. On the other hand, those edge parts 43... of the grooves 37... provided in the works 37... in reciprocation in the specified direction, which are situated on the rotating direction advance side of the No.2 brush 5, are burr removed/ chamfered by the No.2 brush 5 rotating in the direction of arrow 41. |
