PURPOSE:To cook by suppressing a local temperature rise by braking with the first thermal-sensitive part provided at the center of the first heating coil, after braking with the second thermal-sensitive part provided in a clearance between the second heating coil provided at the outer side of the first circular heating coil and the first heating coil. CONSTITUTION:A heating coil provided at the lower side of a top plate 1 is composed of the first heating coil 12 formed circular, and the second heating coil 14 formed circular providing a clearance 13 at the outer side of the coil 12. At the center of the heating coil 12, the first thermal-sensitive part 15 to detect the control temperature of a pan 9 to be heated is provided, and the second thermal-sensitive part 16 is provided in the clearance 13, both parts contacting the rear surface of the top plate 1. The first temperature detection and temperature control after the current is started to feed are carried out by the second thermal-sensitive part 16, and the temperature detection and the temperature control thereafter are carried out by the first thermal-sensitive part 15. Consequently, a local temperature rise is suppressed and the temperature distribution can be uniformed. |
