PURPOSE:To prevent the affection of step-out from spreading to the whole of a system by a method wherein the title simulating device is provided with a step-out separating device simulating means, detecting a voltage phase difference between both ends of a transmission line by the power system simulating device to judge the step-out separating condition of the transmission line, and when the condition is satisfied, the condition of the system is changed as if an objective breaker was opened. CONSTITUTION:The judging unit 4b of a step-out separating device simulating means 4 judges step-out separation employing the phase angle difference of voltages between both ends bus bars N3, N4 of a transmission line B3, which is obtained from a detecting unit 4a, and judges whether breakers CB1, CB2 are to be opened or not. When the condition is satisfied, the judging unit 4b changes the constitution of the system as if the transmission line breakers CB1, CB2 were opened. The system simulating unit 1 changes the condition of the system whereby system simulation is effected after the step-out separation. |
