<p>The invention relates to a procedure and an apparatus for electrical voltage generation. The procedure is as follows: the water from a vessel is pulverized in a closed metallic vessel, through nozzles, by a hard metal ring, which becomes charged with negative electricity, thus constituting the negative pole of the apparatus, whereas the water droplets become charged with positive electricity and are collected in the metallic vessel, which becomes charged with positive electricity, thus constituting the positive pole of the apparatus. The consumer becomes connected to the direct electric voltage through the electric terminal of the metal ring and the electric terminal of the metallic vessel.</p> |
