PURPOSE:To execute accurate decision by irradiating a soldered part with beams projected from two directional angles to obtain plural image data, and deciding the suitability of the shape of the soldered part by the synthesized data of the plural image data. CONSTITUTION:Both light sources 2, 3 radiate beams to the surface of a base 4 on which an electric part is fixed respectively at angles alpha, beta to irradiate the surface. A camera 1 is arranged on the upper part of the soldered part 7 and inputs the image of the soldered part 7 while changing the light irradiating angle by selectively turning on the light sources 2, 3. The irradiated image by the light sources 2, 3 are respectively stored in image memories 11, 12. An inter-image computing part 13 synthesizes two image data and stores the synthetic data in an image memory 14. A CPU 15 decides the suitability of the shape of the soldered part 7 based upon the synthetic data stored in the memory 14. |
