PURPOSE:To make paper-sheets feeding intervals constant by performing control in such a way that when paper sheets arrive earlier than a set timing, the drive of a paper-feeding means is once stopped to get the paper sheets to stand by and when the set time arrives, the drive is restarted; and that when paper sheets arrive later, feeding is continued without once stopping. CONSTITUTION:The time interval from the starting of a paper-feeding means 9 to the time when the end part of a paper sheet reaches a paper-sheet sensor S1 is measured, and the timing the paper sheet reaches the sensor S1 is compared with a set timing. As a result, when the paper sheet arrives earlier than the set timing, control is carried out to stop the drive of the paper-feeding means 9 for adjusting the timing to the set timing. |
